I started playing football from 8 years old. Football and cricket was all I knew. In summer I would never leave the cricket nets or stop watching the cricket on TV and it was the exactly the same in winter with Football.

I always loved both sports the same, I could not split them.

I played both until the age of 22 where I had to make a choice in order to save my body as both pre seasons use to overlap into the other sport.

It was hard I had a lot more personal success playing cricket, but nothing could match the bond you have with a football team. So I chose football I was hungry for team success.

Since I chose football we have been chasing a premiership. We have now played in 2 losing grand finals over the past 3 seasons and are working towards 2018 the be our year.

At the start of this year’s pre-season I was determined to become a better player to help achieve this success, I was stuck down with 2 tears in my plantar fascia which was looking like the season was over before it even started.

Whilst working closely with Sheila and Tina I have made a return to football Asthma and pain free.
