I AM Powerful with Music and Frequencies

The I AM Powerful with music and frequencies program is a very new creation from late 2020 and came from a comment made to me of ‘feeling powerless’, or of lacking strength or power.

Levels of what I refer to as ‘sabotage’ can have the effect of making us feel as if we do not have any personal power or to feel ‘powerless’ and unfortunately it is often those who we see as ‘being on our team’ that can bring about such ‘powerlessness’.

The comment from a coach or a team mate; the possibly unintentional remark made about us, and in ‘competitive situations’ the opposing side can have a huge impact.

I often think back to being in Los Angeles with Tina when she was competing in a Jiu-Jitsu championship and of her being one of a few ‘visiting Australians’ in a stadium full of energetically ‘loud’ supporters from more local Jiu-Jitsu ‘Barra’s’(Gracie Barra is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association, with over 800 schools on six continents).

In creating the I AM Powerful program of vibrational sounds overlayed with music and frequencies the intention is to enable you to activate your own levels of ‘power’ whenever you wish.

Great as an addition to your pre training or competition sounds as well as in general life.
