Power A Just DO It

The Just DO It program with Music and Frequencies had some very early origins around 2007 / 2008 as a part of the Sounds from Source programs. The original sound was Just Do It and you can read about then at

How often do we wish that we could Just DO It, whatever IT is. The title of the original Just Do It sounds are intended to avoid the habits of procrastinate, to leave things until later, put them into the ’too hard basket’ and so on.

The Just Do It sounds were created to deal with the often unknown or unrecognised levels of self sabotage and procrastination which many of us suffer from all of our lives.

In recreating the Just DO It sounds for the ASB programs I took into consideration the times where we can need a mental or a physical reminder that we have unfinished or unstarted tasks, promises that we have made to ourselves and commitments to family both physical and ‘sporting’.

It can be very easy to ‘leave it until later’, and yet we are told that ‘later never comes as when it arrives it is known as ‘now’. The Just DO It sounds may be very beneficial for you.
